Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living FacilityElan Manatee Assisted Living is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents in a warm and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, working 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a collaborative and respectful setting.Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatment monitoring- Assess residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort and safety- Document resident care accurately and maintain detailed medical records- Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies- Support a positive and respectful environment for residents and staffSkills and Qualifications:- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state- Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs- Excellent organizational and documentation skills- Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PMAt Elan Manatee Assisted Living, we foster a culture of respect, growth, and compassion.
